Michel Bras , who was born on November 4, 1946, is a French chef who is known for changing haute cuisine. Its restaurant in Laguiole, rated three Michelin stars since 1999, is a temple of culinary creativity, where every dish is an ode to nature and its freshness. Michel’s career begins in the heart of Aveyron, where his talent blends with a passion for local ingredients.
